Gibbs Hardwoods, originally on Brittmore is now Hardwood Products on W. Sam Houston Tollway near Hammerly. Meetings were held in their warehouse. The telephone chain was used to alert members of changes in location. The club purchased a PA system to help members hear in factory environments. The Visser Roland organ factory (now defunct) was in Houston. Michael Chandler organized several clinics, including two for building joiners workbenches. For a fee around $300 the raw materials, including two vises were supplied. The bench clinics were held at Univ. of Houston in order to use their heavy equipment. Please check th espelling of my name: Procter. Thanks

Steve Procter
